SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION
The Sons of the American Legion Detachment of Ohio and its local
Squadrons are an integral part and partner in the American Legion Buckeye Boys State program, annually sponsoring a significant number of young men to American Legion Buckeye Boys State either in conjunction with
the local American Legion Post or totally thru the local Squadrons.
COMMUNITY, CIVIC, AND FRATERNAL ORGANIZATIONS
A number of local Community, Civic, and Fraternal organizations assist the American Legion in sponsoring young men to American
Legion Buckeye Boys State.
Among these organizations are the: Lions; Elks; Kiwanis; Rotary; Optimist; Eagles; Exchange Club; Veterans of Foreign Wars; AMVETS; DAV; and others.
Rhombus Technologies, Ltd.
Rhombus Technologies, Ltd. developed and hosts the
American Legion Buckeye Boys State web pages. Rhombus is the home of www.OntheSquare.com, an informational web site about Troy and Miami County, Ohio. Rhombus also develops and hosts web pages for area businesses.
Casemaker
Through the cooperation of the Ohio State Bar Association
and the Ohio Judicial Conference, the Court Section has been granted online access to Casemaker through the OSBA website, which will provide the wide range of resources necessary for a successful program. This
valuable resource is also made available to the Buckeye Boys State Legislature and its Legislative Services division to enhance their ability to write, debate and craft legislation in a professional manner.
Bowling Green State University
Bowling Green State University has been the official site of the American Legion
Buckeye Boys State program since 1978.
