Residents of Favreau City are being treated to a waterpark that is entirely free to the city. Utah Coleman, Ian Gonzales, and JP Morales of Favreau City organized the Favreau City Gentlemen’s Waterpark. A loophole in the lease allowed these delegates to pass the expense to BlackRock, the renter.
BlackRock is a large company that invests heavily in structures like waterparks and other recreational sites. Favreau plans to rent city land to BlackRock and let the company pay for the construction of the site.
In return, Favreau City receives money from the lease, income tax, jobs in the community, and tourism in the area. Delegates are excited to complete the project and obtain the profits from the business.
Morales, Favreau City’s director of law, wrote the contract between the city and BlackRock. He designed this contract for both parties to benefit. He hopes that the attraction will boost the economy and encourage tourism, bringing more visitors to the area.
The layout of the park contains many attractions designed to keep guests entertained. A lazy river surrounds the entirety of the waterpark and a variety of slides will be located in the north quadrant. Other attractions include a wave pool, a toilet bowl slide, a man-made lake, and numerous shops. These activities are intended to ensure that every visitor is as engaged as possible.
Coleman, Favreau City’s director of parks and recreation, spearheaded the project. He is very excited to take the next steps to make Favreau City stand out.
“It will be the best dang waterpark in the whole county,” he commented.

The Favreau City Gentlemen’s Waterpark is expected to bring in huge profits for the city and make it a more enjoyable place.
“I feel like it would be very good for our city,” Favreau Mayor Will Brooker, said.
